There are four blends
and each of these is linked to a stream
that flows near our mill,
in Calisese, in the heart of Romagna.
The Gran Fiume line is available on our e-commerce in 1 kg packs. The mixes are suitable for both hand kneading and for bread machine.
Acquaviva
Acquaviva is a blend of flours from different cereals, for doughs rich in fiber, flavor and health.
Acquacheta
Acquacheta is a blend of durum wheat flour, soft wheat and Cappelli varieties for Puglia-type bread.
Rubicon
Rubicone is a blend of soft and durum wheat flour with the addition of rye flour and sesame seeds, for a dark, rustic bread with a look and taste ancestral.
Savio
Savio is a blend of “rough” flours, with a type “2” base mixed with spelled spelled and einkorn, with the addition of varieties Hair. Ancient cereals for a wise bread.
